Peeragogy Handbook Reviewer
Orchestra
A Pyragogy research experiment where four mutually blind AI agents read a Peeragogy Handbook chapter, research the wider world, challenge its assumptions, and synthesize a structured revision document live.
Choose a Chapter
Select any chapter from the Peeragogy Handbook. The Orchestra fetches live content directly from peeragogy.org.
Four Agents Work
Three specialist agents analyze the chapter in parallel from different angles, then a fourth synthesizes their voices into one coherent document.
Receive Your Revision Document
A structured revision document streams back — with real tensions identified, actionable interventions, and an open question only a human can answer.
What is Pyragogy?
Pyragogy is a non-commercial cognitive extension project by Fabrizio Terzi — It is an open ecosystem of specialized agents — an AI Orchestra within an AI Village — engineered to engage with the living patterns of the Peeragogy Handbook and carries it into the age of distributed intelligence.
The Orchestra
The Live Lab Orchestra is one instrument in a larger ensemble. Each agent carries a distinct epistemic posture — not a role, but a mode of attention. The Complicit Editor does not resolve the tension between them. It names it. That friction is the document.
Orchestration Stack
The pipeline runs on n8n with models served via OpenRouter. No data is stored server-side. Your API key lives only in the request. The revision belongs entirely to you.
